What is the student ID number?
The Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts assigns a unique number four (4) digit ID to each student when they first enroll. This number stays with the student through all grades and serves to confirm the correct student. All students use their number at lunch.

How do I get my student's ID number?
Please ask your student! Teachers work with the young students to learn their number. Students may also ask their teacher or the campus office staff.

Can I just see my student's balance without making a payment?
Yes. Go to http://www.mymealmoney.com/FortWorth.aspx. Enter your student’s name and ID number. You can also see a 30 day history of your student’s account. If you decide to add money, click on Pre-Pay to return to the Web Store. There is also a quick link on the meal payment page for you to use.

How do I add money to my student's account?
Select Meal Payments. Log in to the Web Store. Enter the student’s last name, ID number and the amount you would like to add to their account. Continue through checkout. Funds will be available in the student account within one business week.

Special note to Debit Card users: Many banks “reserve” the amount you attempt to charge each time you make an attempt, even if the debit card is declined. While the money will not be withdrawn from your account, a reserve will prevent you from making other withdrawals for several days and MAY create an overdraft.

When will my child have money in the account to use?
Payments made on the Web Store are posted to the meal accounts once a week. We monitor payments to be sure your student has access to your payment, but the amount may not show in your student's balance for several days.

How do I pay for multiple students?
You may make payment for multiple students in the same shopping cart. Simply click back to the Meal Payments screen after adding an item to the shopping cart.

How will I know the payment was accepted?
During checkout, you are required to provide an email address. When the charge is authorized, a confirmation email is sent immediately to that address.

I received my confirmation email but when I entered the system again to check the balance my payment did not show up. Was it accepted?
If you received a confirmation email your payment was accepted. Online payments are updated to software at least once a week. We also monitor online payments to be sure your student can use the payment you made.
